Kidnap and Kink by Brynn Paulin

When I was looking at Kidnap and Kink the blurb drew me in right away, but the cover put me off a little. I didn't care for how her bones stuck out. However after reading Kidnap and Kink I realize what a role that plays in the story, and it doesn't bother me. In fact it changed my opinion on the cover, and made me realize how much work the cover artist put into making the cover really reflect the book.
Be Careful What You Wish For…
Jenna Marks has a secret fantasy, to be kidnapped, tied up and seduced. When she confides her secret to her best friend on a dare, she never imagines her wish might come true.
Rob Colvin, owner of The Dungeon, has had his eye on Jenna for months, but he didn’t think Jenna would be into the things that make him hot. When he overhears her secret, he knows he’s going to be the one to deliver her fantasy—one weekend of her submission to him, her mysterious and masterful lover.

While having coffee Jenna tells her friend Mia her secret fantasy, about being kidnapped. Jenna's friend is somewhat put off by it but Jenna has always wanted it.

Rob was sitting at the next table and over hears Jenna's secret fantasy. He has the hots for Jenna but doesn't think he can bring her over into his lifestyle. Being the owner of The Dungeon, an alternative lifestyle club, he wants a women who will be his submissive in the bedroom, and not a lifetime slave.

Rob is determined to make this work and kidnaps Jenna for a weekend. The kidnapped weekend at his cabin is sizzling hot, and will leave you wondering how you can spend a weekend like that.

Jenna might not have realize it before she want kidnapped by Rob, but what she wanted was submission. Jenna is a good submissive and enjoys the punishments Rob hands her. She likes to put the boundaries, such as the staged escape just so she could be punished. Which I loved. Overall she enjoyed every minute of her kidnapped weekend.

Kidnap and Kink is one of the best BDSM erotica novellas I have read in a long time. Brynn takes the time to explain things and brings the story alive for the reader. I enjoyed Jenna's character. Some might be turned off by the fact that Kidnap and Kink is centered around a kidnapping but it isn't forced in anyway, everything that happens in Kidnap and Kink is what Jenna wants.

Overall I loved Kidnap and Kink. I didn't realize Kidnap and Kink was the second book in the Taboo Wishes series, but I will be sure to pick up the first book, Punished, soon, and to check out other books by Brynn Paulin. Kidnap and Kink is a must read for BDSM erotica lovers.
