The Liberation of Alice Love by Abby McDonald

I am not sure was possessed me to review The Liberation of Alice Love since it is not my normal read. But whatever did I am glad it happened because I really enjoyed The Liberation of Alice Love.
When Alice’s world is turned upside down by an identity thief she discovers that the thief is closer to home than she ever imagined. This revelation leads Alice to start an investigation on her own, following the clues from London to Rome and LA, to learn more about her impostor. Alice begins to take on her thief’s identity, edging deeper into a seductive new world, discovering that perhaps her alter ego’s reckless, extravagant lifestyle is the one she should have been living all along…
The Liberation of Alice Love was unlike anything I have ever read. It shows you how identity thief can affect a person while giving you a story about a women fighting back. I can't remember ever reading a book about someone losing their identity quite this way. Alice has her whole life savings stolen, and if that's not enough the thief put her in a ton of debt. Now she has creditors that won't leave her alone.

I loved Alice as a character. She was well rounded and made you want to read The Liberation of Alice Love. Though Alice is the main character there are a few minor ones throughout The Liberation of Alice Love that are just as enjoyable.

Overall I loved The Liberation of Alice Love. I really enjoyed reading how far Alice was willing to go to unmask her thief. I also enjoyed the changes that happened to Alice thoughout The Liberation of Alice Love. The Liberation of Alice Love was everything to make a great book a wonderful original plot, great characters that the reader likes, well written. The Liberation of Alice Love is a must read, especially for Chick-Lit fans.
