Miranda's Rights by KyAnn Waters

What happens when two friends want more but neither of them put what they wanted and need into words? Want to know, then you need to read Miranda's Rights.
She needs pain…she needs punishment…she needs him.
Jase Ralston gets hot under his very blue collar just thinking about his friend and neighbor, Miranda Carlucci. Yet she can’t possibly be interested—not when she could have champagne, caviar and her pick of Vegas high rollers.
The bruises change everything. She denies she’s in an abusive relationship, but his cop instincts won’t let him rest until he finds out the truth. When he follows her to a BDSM club and finds her writhing under a flogger’s stinging kiss, his Dom instincts kick in.
Jase takes command of the scene—and Miranda—at Club Creed. This is what she’s always wanted. Pleasure, pain…and rough-around-the-edges Jase. Yet after his domination transports her to a level of subspace she’s never known, he leaves her—unwilling to continue the scene.
Confusion gives way to hurt…then anger. He’s claimed her and Miranda wants more. Even if it means confronting Jase and making demands of her own.
Warning: This submissive woman has the right to be silent. Anything she says could result in being tied up, flogged, and spanked. Law enforcement has never been hotter.
Miranda moved to town two years ago and has been living across the hall from Jase. She has the hots for him, but needs to submit to a Dominate. Miranda starts going to a BDSM club, and Jase is asking questions when she shows up with bruises. Jase thinks she is in an abusive relationship.

Detective Jase Raiston only wants Miranda, but Miranda wants to just be friends. Jase never suspected Miranda to be a submissive, and therefore never mentioned his dominate side. It wasn't until he followed her to the BDSM club that he found out. I loved that Jase was overprotective of Miranda. His emotions and love for Miranda really came through in Miranda's Rights.

Miranda's Rights is a hot novella. I enjoyed both Miranda and Jase, and they seemed to come together in the end. Miranda's Rights isn't just about sex. There is a real story that is going on, and characters that you will care about. It is a wonderful erotic BDSM novella. KyAnn does a fantastic job at this sizzling read. Erotic, BDSM readers are going to love Miranda's Rights.

This one sounds really good. And I love the Warning in the blurb, that is just sooo funny!
Now I have to find time to read even more, humm?
