Dear Addi by Regina Cole

After Addison Laine finds love letters from her famous great-aunt to a Jasper Poole, she thought that the Poole family would see it the way she did: a most romantic love story. Unfortunately, the Poole family has filed a lawsuit for their right to the Laine fortune. When the family sends over a sexy and very smart antique specialist to insure the letters' quality, Addi starts falling for him. Not on the list of her best ideas, since the target of her lusting is Jackson Poole, the grandson of Jasper Poole.
When Addison Laine discovers her famous late-aunt’s love letters, she never expects a lawsuit over the information they contain.Enter Jackson Poole, son of the woman responsible for the lawsuit. Addi knows any relationship with Jackson would be disastrous but she can’t fight her attraction to his quiet intelligence and sexy-professor style. As Jackson works on authenticating the letters, he finds himself falling for the free-spirited Addi. His fierce need for her overcomes all his reservations—and his inhibitions. And sweet, exciting Addi is more than willing to help him explore his secret kinky side.
Addi can't control her feelings for Jackson any longer, even though kissing him would put them in an awkward position. Jackson stepped into her life only because of a lawsuit by his own family. He is there only to inspect the love letters that Addi found, in truth to find a sure stepping stone that the Poole family indeed has rights to the Laine inheritance. So why can't Addi stop picturing them together, perhaps doing naughty things. As Jackson explains to her that there isn't any proof of a marriage without the marriage certificate. Things start looking hopeful for Addi, as she has never found the certificate that proves her great-aunt union. Then one evening Jackson storms out without any explanation and he leaves an aged piece of paper, a marriage certificate, on the coffee table.

Dear Addi is a wonderful, modern romance. The man who is lusted after not only has a nice body but he wears glasses too, gorgeous and has smarts. Addi's character is so easy to identify with; if you don't relate to her actions, you've thought about doing them at one time or another. Addi's steamy scenes with Jackson don't over take their love story; Regina Cole does a wonderful job of balancing out the moods of the relationship. Addi and Jackson share many light hearted times together, and frankly just being in Addi's head alone would be enough to keep me entertained. Dear Addi is a good old "boy-meets-girl-and-they-fight-for-their-relationship" love story and a great one to add to the to-be-read-list.
